Medicube is pleased to offer international shipping to the following countries/regions.

Our standard shipping method for domestic(USA) order is USPS.Our standard shipping method forinternational orders is DHL.
All shipments include USPS, DHL tracking numbers, and customers will automatically receive their tracking numbers via email once the postage has been created.
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $80 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied.Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders up to $79.99.
Medicube offers shipping options toVirgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii.The shipping cost will be calculated based on your address, product weights and dimensions of your order.

The shipping fee is applied differently depending on the country and weight, so please check the shipping fee when ordering.
As soon as the items arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner DHL.
By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective items. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.
Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs that were charged to the recipient by DHL by order of the customs office cannot be refunded by Medicube, even if these items are returned.
If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number and shipping address for faster processing. Unfortunately we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been packed, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during the checkout.
Kindly note that emailing us to change an address does not guarantee address change. Address change is not completed until you receive email confirmation from an agent that has handled your request.It is very important that you provide us with the correct shipping information.
We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during the checkout.
International orders are processed and on business days (Monday-Friday, KST) and shipped out excluding federal holidays per countries/regions. Free Standard Shipping can take approximately from two weeks to a month to be deliverd.

if you have a trouble in tracking the parcel even after 7 business days have passed.
It’s totally normal for your tracking to go a few days without an update. Once your package arrives at your local post office, the tracking may not update until it goes out for delivery.
Sometimes shipping labels can get scratched during processing and don't register properly, but your package should still be on its way!
If more than 10 business days have passed since your package shipped and you still haven't seen any updates, please contact us at medicube_uscs@apr-in.com for assistance.
Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.
You should receive an automated email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out from the warehouse.
If you did not receive the email, please email us at medicube_uscs@apr-in.com with your order number, and we will check the status for you.
Order
If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, it is most likely because an incorrect email address was entered during checkout.
Kindly send us an email at medicube_uscs@apr-in.com with your name and phone number, as well as the items that you purchased, so that we can search your order.
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at medicube_uscs@apr-in.com with photos of the items you received and the packing slip in the box, and we'll assist with getting the right products to you.

Please reach out as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time.
Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment.
For customs clearance purposes, we request that you divide your orders for purchases that exceed USD 800.
Due to the customs clearance issue into Mexico, we can only ship out an order less than USD$300 (including shipping fee) to Mexico.
Refund
If you refund, you will be refunded in USD. If the currency of customers' bank cards is not in USD, there will be an exchange in currency during the refund process, and there would be a difference in paid amount and refunded amount due to differences in exchange rate over time.
We do not reimburse for the differences in exchange rate.
Rewards
1. To collect cubes, first, you need to create an account on www.medicube.us. Make sure you're logged in to your account.
2. Once you've collected enough cubes to spend, click on the red "Rewards" button at the bottom left of your screen.
3. Click on "Redeem", and you'll be issued a unique discount code for your next order.
4. Click on "Apply code", and go to your cart. On the checkout page, you will see the code applied to your order.
*Kindly note that only one discount code can be applied per order.
Warranty & Returns
For all Age-R devices, we offer a 1year limited warranty period from the date of your original purchase.If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the defective device free of charge within 1year.
This warranty does not cover the devices damaged by:
1) Accident, misuse, or alteration
2) Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than instructed.
3) Connecting to incorrect current and voltage (We only provide C-type USB cable)
This warranty only extends if the devices are used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as the enclosed charging cables).This warranty does not apply to MEDICUBE US's non-device products (including cosmetics, tools, body, and hair care products).
For the non-device products (including the cosmetics, body, and hair care products), we regret to inform you that due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges (even of unopened and unused items) as we strive to provide each customer with brand-new products straight from our warehouse.
While we do not accept returns, we do issue a refund for the item(s) that caused any unpleasant experience. Kindly contact us and we will assist you accordingly.
For the Age-R devices case, all returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to the information as shown below.
Simple Remorse:
A refund due to a change of mind is only applicable within 30 days of receiving and will only be accepted if the product is returned in original, sealed, and unopened condition.
*In the case of a return for simple remorse (change of mind), the customer needs to bear the shipping fee.
For international orders:
You will be responsible for paying for customs fee and returning shipping fee.
Additionally, we cannot provide free return shipping labels for international customers.
Damaged or defective product:
1) Send us an email at (medicube_uscs@apr-in.com) with the following details: First name and last name, email address, phone number, order number. Kindly attach a photo or video describing your issue.
2) We will proceed to issue a confirmation email for you (please note that our Customer Service usually takes 2-3 business days to respond).
3) After receiving a confirmation email, please send the product back to our warehouse via the Return address. You will be informed of the Return address after the email confirmation.
4) Once the product has arrived at our warehouse, our staff will inspect the condition of the product.
5) In case of product defect, we will proceed to exchange and send a new product to you. *Note: This process may take up to 1 month, including the time taken to ship the product back to our warehouse, and the time taken to inspect the product.
